1. About Us

These Terms govern your use of elpirate.com and purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

• All El Pirate Atelier pieces are strictly limited edition — typically 5/5 or fewer per design.

• Product images are as accurate as possible but slight color variations may occur.

• All prices are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed by inquiry via email. We confirm availability and details before payment.

• Payment is required before production begins.

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal.

4. Production & Delivery

• Each piece is handcrafted in 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

• Free insured shipping to Europe and USA.

• Delivery times: 3–7 business days (Europe), 7–14 business days (USA).

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized jewelry. This is in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition within 14 days of withdrawal notice.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Warranty & Defects

• EU consumers have a 2-year legal guarantee against defects present at delivery.

• Report defects within 2 months of discovery to hello@elpirate.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text and content on elpirate.com are the property of El Pirate Atelier.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law (EU member state). EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
